"Young, talented violinist, of maturity and sensitivity to music far beyond this era" – we can read in the reviews from "New York Times" to "Gramophone". 21-year-old Chad Hoopes is already a multiple title-winning musician who performs around the world.
His career was initiated by the success at the Yehudi Menuhin International Violin Competition, where in 2008 he won the first prize for young artists. In Szczecin he will perform the work of Samuel Barber. Like Chad Hooper, author of the famous ”Adagio”, he is a musical prodigy – at the age of ten years, he started writing the opera "The Rose Tree", and at fourteen, he entered the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia.
